The Best Breakfast Casserole Ever

You may not know this about me, but I have an obsession with creating the perfect Breakfast Casserole. I love breakfast food, even though I usually skip the meal. (I know, it’s bad for my metabolism..) I’ve created countless different variations of breakfast casserole, including one that I posted here. I have to say I’ve finally created the best breakfast casserole, ever. A lot of the recipes on my site are from my Mom or friends, but this one is my own brain child and I am ecstatic to share it with you. I pieced together about 10 different recipes I’ve tried over the years and it’s delicious. Try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed :) Bonus, it’s probably the easiest one I’ve ever made as well.

Ingredients:
2 packages of Sage Breakfast Sausage
Half a bag of hashbrowns (just enough to cover the bottom of a 13×9 dish)
2 packages of cream cheese
2 cups of cheddar cheese
6 eggs beaten and seasoned with salt and pepper and a splash of heavy cream or milk
1 can of crescent roll dough

Preheat your oven to 375°
Grease a 13×9 casserole dish
Cook your sausage and combine with 2 packages of cream cheese
Cover the bottom of your dish with frozen hashbrowns
Spread your sausage and cream cheese on top of the hasbrowns
Pour your egg mixture on top of your sausage and cream cheese layer
Sprinkle your grated sharp cheddar on top of your egg mixture
Lay the crescent roll dough flat on top of everything

Bake for 35-45 minutes, test with a fork in the middle to make sure everything is cooked and set.

Don’t forget to pin this one and try it out asap!
