These are delicious. The fact that they took a whole 2 seconds (slight exaggeration) to throw together made them all that much more satisfying.
Here are the short but sweet directions:
- Use a pastry brush to apply olive oil to each side of your corn tortillas
- Stack them back up and cut into 4′s
- Lay them flat on a baking sheet and sprinkle sea salt over them
- Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or slightly golden.
Enjoy!

Mmm, I do this all the time with flour tortillas! Time to try it with corn tortillas.
And DEFINITELY the sweet version!
I bet the sweet version would taste better with flour
I’m with Meghan, I do it with flour, but never tried corn! Might have to do that! They are always a big hit when I make them, easy to cut too if you use a pizza cutter.
Yum! Thanks for the directions
I cannot WAIT to try this! Thanks for sharing!
Sounds super simple and fun. My son is 7 and gets a kick out of eating things he makes himself. This is the perfect after school activity next week.
i love this. i do this with the flour and the cinn-sugar.. my big lil’ loves them and loves that he made them… ive also done corn with a chipotle spice rub that ive used also on grilling chicken, its yummy too…
I do this all the time!! If you use the Yellow Corn tortillas they are slightly healthier.
