Harmful effects of drinking soda – buzz kill central

I realize if you’re an avid soft drink consumer this might ruin your day, but I had to share. It’s important to take care of yourself so you can take care of others :) I kind of want to slap myself right now for sounding so cheesy. So, I’m sorry and you’re welcome :)

very interesting. Yes, we are trying to cut out the soda consumption at our home (we are big diet drinkers over here), and it is so hard!!!!!! But we deffinitely feel better without it and Richard gets terrible headaches (I think you said that you got those as well) when he drinks them.

Ugh Diet Coke was toxic to me for some reason :( I wish’d it wasn’t because I loved it so much but the migraines just weren’t worth it. As soon as I quit and had it out of my system for a couple of weeks I felt like a brand new person.

I have asthma already, and this just helps me to want to stop drinking them even more! Thanks for the post!

Thanks for the encouragement! I’m a big Diet Pepsi drinker and have been for 25 years. I’ve been trying to cut it out of my day, but is very hard to do so. I cut it out last summer but didn’t see any changes in my weight or of physical signs, so I started drinking it again. This will help me remember what it does to all those parts of the body that we can’t see.

thanks for sharing. after weaning myself off soft drinks, when I do decide to have a glass I get a weird taste in my mouth and like a metal taste. Can’t drink more than 3 sips. WOHOO there’s hope!

    hang in there all.

Love this info-graphic! We need to educate the world, most people don’t take the time to get EDUCATED on what they are putting inside their BODIES!
