I think we’re all constantly trying to find the perfect balance. In this day and age Women are working from home more, lots of us have children and a home to take care of as well. It can be a bit overwhelming. I’m starting a serires here at MomAndWife.com where guest bloggers will share their little secrets to finding balance. First up is Emily, the owner of Tiny Belles Boutique, a Military Wife and all around sweetheart
She does it all. Thank you for sharing, Emily!
It’s funny. I often have people ask me how I’m so organized. How I can be a military wife, a stay at home mom, housekeeper, short order cook, and a small business owner, chauffer, couponer, amateur photographer, digital scrapbooker, crafter… and succeed at all of them. Well, the dirty secret is: I’m not organized.
Small pockets of my life are VERY organized! My business, my personal finances, all of our important records. All of those things have a home. But I kind of feel like I’m in a constant state of attempting organization. I’m all for the newest organizational fad. Cute pocket organizers, a message center, color coded dry erase calendar. How long does that last? If you guessed 4 minutes, you’d be right!
What I’ve really learned is that it’s not how you store your kindergarteners daily schoolwork, and it’s not how you sort your coupons. It’s about a blissful life. Which I think I’m pretty successful at!
