Shish Kabobs

Living in Hawaii, I try and find as many ways to use pineapple as possible. I love it. I’m addicted. Grilled pineapple? Amazing! My Mom was here a few weeks ago helping me get all moved in, the house decorated, and teaching me a few things about the grill so I could impress my Husband when he arrived home. We grilled every single night she was here and had a blast. I feel like a whole new world of recipes is open to me now that I’m no longer reliant on my Husband knowing in advance he’ll be home at a normal hour (almost never happens in the Military) in order to grill. One of my favorite things she taught me was shish kabobs. Easy, delicious, fun :) Here are some pictures I snapped of the process…

We used…

sirloin steak
cut up whole pineapple
onion
green bell pepper
house seasoning

These were so simple to put together and cooked quickly. Perfect for entertaining!
