Ciabatta Bread Loaf
For the Olive Salad:
Giardiniera – mild or hot
Preheat your oven to 400°.
Pulse your olives, artichoke hearts & giardiniera together in a food processor until diced.
Cut your ciabatta loaf in half, place your cheese on each side of the bread.
Layer your sandwich meats, as many layers as you like.
Spread your olive salad in the middle of your sandwich.
Wrap your sandwich in foil and place in a preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
*I like to make a mayo/mustard sauce to dip it in. Equal parts mayo and mustard mixed together. But that’s just me and some, okay, a lot of people, think I’m weird 🙂
