This toolbar is from CS4 and although settings may vary the tool names remain the same. If there is a little arrow in the bottom corner of the tool that means it can be expanded to reveal even more tools. You may either click on the tool and hold until the expanded menu appears or simply hold the control button down and click on it at the same time. I prefer the latter, much faster.
To save this image simply right click on the toolbar preview and click “save image as”
